The new ELCA current Rectifier digital type

Main functions:
(Programming / SCR firing control and output regulation / Parameter and Alarm Indication / Interfacing with external PC or PLC) are controlled by a fully digital system

Pulsating waveform:

Different working modes can be set and different parameters of the pulsating waveform can be adjusted in the same cycle for full flexibility

Stabilization: constant current control with max voltage limit, or constant voltage
Cooling options (alternatively):

- Forced air (IP20)
- Mixed air/water (Protection degree IP20)
- Water cooling (IP54)

Standard sizes:

- Standard rectifier size from 300 Adc to 10.000 Adc
- Output voltage from 0 to 100 Vdc
  Different sizes on request

Control Options:
- ELCA RAMPER Process Computer to carry out automatically the anodizing process
- Full interface to external PLC

ELCA Rectifiers for CHROMIC ANODIZING:
Smoothing filter provided

to get an output ripple value not higher than 5% (Rms) at any output current value (and output voltage from 30%)

Stabilization: constant voltage or constant current control
Cooling options (alternatively):

- Forced air (IP20)
- Mixed air/water (Protection degree IP20)
- Water cooling (IP54)
